Deluxe hotel, all of the staff were incredibly attentive and excellent, EXCEPTIONALLY NICE location next to the bus station. I had tasty food for breakfast with banana. Location: the venue was next to good restaurants and tour agencies and the airport of Vientiane. I found Symposium offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

We discovered great prices at Yummy Bagpackers Hostel. We thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay here. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the room had plenty of space. The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly, which greatly enhanced our experience. The location is fantastic, being centrally situated for accessing the 4000 islands, and it's also very close to Pakse, with easy access to Miss Noy, various scooter rental companies, and a range of restaurants and bars. We had an excellent time!

During my travels, I have stayed in numerous hotels and hostels, and Yummy Bagpackers in Pakse was one of them. I chose this accommodation solely for transit purposes, as it is conveniently located just 1 km from the nearest airport. This proximity made it extremely convenient for me to catch my connecting flights without any hassle.
While Yummy Bagpackers served its purpose as a transit hostel, I must say that the overall experience was not pleasant. The facilities were poor, especially the third-floor bathroom which was not only disgusting but also infested with ants.

The owner was super helpful and arranged discounted bus tickets for us. The breakfast was basic but included in the price. The hostel is conveniently located near scooter rental places, restaurants, bars, and transport operators. Plus, the manager gave us great recommendations for nearby attractions.
The rooms were not very clean and in need of some TLC. The noise from other guests and lack of mosquito nets made it hard to have a peaceful night's sleep.

Located in the heart of the city, this hostel is perfect for exploring the surrounding area. It is conveniently close to the bus station, which makes it easy to travel to nearby attractions. Additionally, it is just a short walk away from the bustling market and a variety of restaurants. The rooms are bright and airy, providing plenty of natural light. The friendly staff is always ready to assist, making for a pleasant stay. Plus, the Indian food served on-site is delicious and reasonably priced.
One negative aspect of the hostel is the cleanliness. The bathrooms could use some improvement in terms of tidiness, which can be a downside for some guests.
